They're only getting one star because I can't do zero. This place is the absolute worst. They are the biggest known scammers here in Middletown and I was unfortunate to find out late. They over charged me for a car that got me pulled over for a problem they said they'd fix. When I lost my job and couldn't make payments anymore they followed my boyfriend all the way from Franklin to west Middletown to repo my car, which is fine and understandable, we weren't trying to hide the car or keep it from them at all, and when they did they physically ripped him and my friends from the car, leaving marks, and refused to let him even get my purse (which had my inhaler in it. I need that to LIVE.) and wouldn't let me even just get that back. Then sent their German Shepherd into the car and had him ready to attack if anybody even tried to open the door. Then when we called to complain to the manager he denied ever touching anybody. I had to pay $65 to get my stuff back and when I got it back they had went through my purse and wallet and stole/lost my ID, birth certificate
and W2. The police did nothing about this or them. So all I can do now is warn others.
