Midtown appraisal was hired by my lender to appraise my property in the Springboro area and they completely missed the boat on the appraised value (20% less than prior appraised value). After submitting an appeal showing comparable(s) sales in the area and prior appraisal they simply dined the appeal and ignored all the facts. I have to say this is the worst experience I ever had with an appraisal company ...stay as far as you can from them and save your money and effort
